Refund policy

At Exquisite Homewares, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to provide detailed product descriptions and accurate photos to meet your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be the right fit for you.

We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked returns policy for change of mind. If you decide to return an item, we will provide a refund, provided the following conditions are met:

1. The item must be returned in as-new, saleable condition, including original packaging and with all tags attached (if applicable). This means the product has not been used, assembled, disassembled, damaged, washed, polished, or laundered.
2. Include a note with your order number and name within the return package.

To start a return, contact us at sales@exquisitehomewares.com.au. We’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once returned to our warehouse:

• We will inspect the item to confirm its condition.
• Upon approval, your refund will be processed.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a new, separate purchase for the replacement item.

Important Notes:

• Delivery costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
• Items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging cannot be refunded. Please ensure goods are shipped in protective packaging.
• Refunds will be made to your original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to appear. Should you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to us.

Exclusions: The following items cannot be returned for a change of mind:

• Made-to-order products (e.g., memo boards, custom doormats)
• Clearance or sale items
• Personalised items
• Gift cards

We are unable to refund items that:

• Show signs of use or damage after delivery 
• Have been altered, dropped, or broken
